CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER, CARDIOLOGIST & CO-FOUNDER
Dr. Henry L. Burkholder, IV
Dr. Burkholder, is a board-certified General Pediatrician, Pediatric and Adult Congenital Cardiologist. For the last 10 years, he has also specialized in Complex Case Care for all ages
Dr. Burkholder received his medical degree at Albany Medical College in Albany, New York in 2007 and is Medical Director for the Alvin Community College Pediatric Echocardiogram Program where the country’s top pediatric echocardiogram technicians are being trained
He completed his pediatric residency and his pediatric cardiology fellowship at the University of Texas at Houston Health Science Center, where he also served as Chief Pediatric Cardiology Fellow
Dr. Burkholder is a Houstonian Top Doc and was recently named a Texas Monthly Super Doc

Lance A. Smith
Lance is a seasoned entrepreneur with over four decades of successful business leadership experience. He has held leadership positions at state and local governments as well as senior leadership positions at Global 1000 enterprises and Venture-backed companies
Lance brings a wealth of resources and experience to our team from his accomplishments in advanced technologies extending to the healthcare landscape in Texas and Louisiana, through Catch Mobile Health and Catch Cardiology
The spark of passion for starting Catch is when the Smith Family met Dr. Burkholder. They have been fortunate to benefit from the heart-focused, highly-personalized care plans that Dr. Burkholder and staff provides. Their experience of that care to date is what inspired Lance to found the Catch Companies; to strive to make that level of access to quality specialty care available to those in communities that have traditionally gone underserved
